You don't have to be a guest to take part in this program. After breathing in some fresh ocean air, participants can indulge in a restful and indulgent day at luxurious Spa Montage that features a steam room, sauna, pool, whirlpool and relaxation room.

The new bi-weekly classes are offered on Tuesdays and Sundays for $40 per class.
