Farm-to-Fork Menu at Pelican Grill

Enjoy the spring Farm-to-Fork menu at Pelican Grill at the Resort at Pelican Hill. Chef Chang Sivilay works with the Irvine Ranch to source local produce for the menu, which changes every week or two depending on what's available at the ranch. The pre-fixe menu includes a variety of three courses for $40 and is served weekdays.
